Your WSNA team of registered nurses met on Tuesday, March 5 with the Evergreen administration and management for our 11th contract bargaining session.
Both teams exchanged proposals and we made significant movement in order to achieve employer buy-in. Unfortunately, we made no tentative agreements and remain highly divided on wages and other areas that are very important to our team.
Our next meeting is set for Tuesday, March 12. We will look to see movement from the employer towards recognizing the value of registered nurses at EvergreenHealth.
We will keep you posted of any advancements we are able to make and potential actions needing to be taken moving forward.
